Hello,

I run into a problem that the core is switching to partial service mode overnight/after a while and PLC and EtherCAT Apps are not available (Error 502). I used the 1.20.5 package. It seemed similar to https://developer.community.boschrexroth.com/t5/ctrlX-CORE/Trace-error-plc-cmp-datalayer-status-11-S..., but I couldn't find any corresponding errors in the diagnostics.

The issue occurred after I mounted (and removed) RT datalayer of the SFKH in order to control it via Node-Red running on my own X3 core. Communication with the SFKH works fine so far. I found the description of Bug 802006 and updated to 1.20.13. Unfortunately, it didn’t help.

The issue also occurs with older configurations that were created and running smoothly before mounting a remote device to the DL. So, I cannot recover the core by changing apps and active configuration anymore.

Hello,

I will foward the data into our Ticketsystem. The screenshot of app-version mentions a old Nodered version.
Please note that Node  RED-V-0120.9+3.1.11-ctrlx.app is available within RM1.20.10.
