Unable to upgrade system image using SD Card on ctrlX Core X7

Hello Team,

I am trying to upgrade the system image from v1.20.0 to v1.20.9 on my ctrlX Core X7 using SD Card (32 Gb) but it seems that it does not read the files at all. On reboot, it follows the usual boot sequence leading to 1.20.0. I saw few posts here using USB stick but how do I do it using SD card? Should I create a bootable USB stick to upgrade the image ?

SD Card is of 32 Gb with file system as FAT32. (Also tried with the NTFS but no luck)

Hi @AkashDve 

At the moment you can only do a image update on a X7 using a USB-Stick (got to be USB 2.0 stick formatted in fat32 and gpt).

But a update form 1.20.0 to 1.20.9 can also be done more easily with a app update.
