How to reset ctrlX X7?

Any way that can reset the X7?

i was using this step for reset but does not work for me, as shown below the link.

Can you say more details about what is happening? Can you try to use another USB stick?

so as mention i follow guide from the link that i share, when i plug in the USB-C at XF01C and restart X7, but the X7 status it just like normal reboot never refresh or update.

It sounds like your USB stick is not recognized. Could you double check that it is formatted correctly?

What is the size of your USB stick? as this could cause trouble when over 32Gb.

Did you do the workaround entering BIOS like mentioned in the document?

Sorry for very late reply, my USB stick is a new item and it's 32GB. 

For the BIOS side actually i haven't try yet.
