Factory Reset Ctrlx Core

Hello!

I have an issue with the username and password initially set up on my Ctrlx Core. Someone configured a username and password, but they don't remember that information. Now, I need to use it for a project, and I can't because I need to know those details. Is there any way to recover them? Is there a way to factory reset the Ctrlx Core to allow me to assign a new username and password? No projects have been done before, so it doesn't matter if the data is erased. I already tried with the username and password "boschrexroth," and it didn't work. Attached screenshot.

Hello, 

Simple you must have access on the collaboration room then you have to: 

• Format a uSD as fat32 (in windows possible just with uSD smaller or equal as 32gb)
• Copy the restore files that you find in the "...systemimage.zip" in the usd
• Insert the usd and wait, the x3 should blink in some different colors (blue and red alternate)
