ctrlX World Joining and Release Phase

After your venture is granted the "ready for project" status it's time to continue with phase 2 of our onboarding process: the Joining Phase. 

Phase 2: Joining Phase

In this phase you will dive deeper into our software. Get to know the underlying architecture of ctrlX AUTOMATION and how your solution could be implemented. It is crucial that you can estimate the effort you will have with the realization and integration of your solution in ctrlX AUTOMATION.

For the beginning we have provided some technical videos and documentations that can be found below ⏬

Besides, together we will define your specific business model. In general we rely on the reseller model for our partners. Needless to say, the exact pricing and licencing structure is up to you.

During the joining phase we will sign a Letter of Intend and after the formal approval of our business unit management you will be an offcial ctrlX World partner. At this time we can also start with the first joint marketing activities. We will feature you on our ctrlX World website and also show your solution in sales presentations.

And of course, we also ask you to mention us on your website. 

At the end of phase 02 your project will be ready to show.

Phase 3: Release Phase

Now it's all about making your solution available in the ctrlX Store and for our Bosch Rexroth sales team.

This phase includes the closing of the Distribution Framework Agreement, the regulation of the product support by you, enabling our sales force to successfully explain your solution and, of course, the app validation

In the end your solution will be ready to sell. Congratulations!
