Overview
Here you can find two examples, one for a ctrlX COREvirtual and one for a ctrlX CORE, setup some axes and a robot via the web interface, EtherCAT configuration with ctrlX IO Engineering and PLC programming with ctrlX PLC Engineering. If you like to see how they were set up watch the corresponding how-to video "How to #2 Set up a ctrlX CORE & PLC Programming":
Preparation
- An installation of ctrlX WORKS is needed.
- A ctrlX CORE or a ctrlX COREvirtual is needed.
- The version of the system apps fitting to RM21.03 is expected.
- An installation of following apps (v1.8.x) is expected:
- Please see "Configure Hardware Components with ctrlX Configurator" if you want to know how to get the hardware or watch the corresponding video "#1 How-to: Configure Components" to set everything up from scratch.
How to load the examples
To see how the attached examples can be loaded and changed between a ctrlX COREvirtual and a ctrlX CORE please check the video from 37:20 on, How to #2 Set up a ctrlX CORE & PLC Programming.
The configurations are "developRvirtual.zip" and developRreal.zip"
The ctrlX IO Engineering and the ctrlX PLC Engineering Projects can separately found in "Projects.zip" or loaded online after uploading the configurations.
Notes
- These examples are made for the release version RM21.03 (V1.8.x) of the corresponding apps.
- Beware of moving mechanics when using automated motion commanding.
