No connection / "Connecting..." wheel turns continuously

Hello,

inside the IndraWorks Operation Desktop (OPD) for the MTX system, we provide a browser screen. The browser control, that is used for browser screen, is based on Cefsharp 79.1.2 (IndraWorks version 15v20).

Unfortunately I can't show WebIQ HTML pages inside the browser screen. Other HTML5 webpages are shown without any problems.

The WebIQ page seems to be loaded, but the "Connecting..." wheel turns continuously ("WebIQ.png").

The same webpage can be opened (on the same PC and with the same URL) with FireFox or Chrome without any problems.

This can have a lot of issues: the browser is not compatible (we need the exact user agent string for this, you can find by instead of opening WebIQ there using this URL and taking a screenshot): http://wieistmeinuseragent.de/

Otherwise network issues, proxy issues etc. could be an issue as well.

The browser is not supported. The minimum Chrome version is 80 and was last changed with WebIQ 2.14 in May 2023:
