multiple instances of an app

How can multiple instances of the same C++ user app be installed on the ctrlX?

Background is that our customer has a C++ program controlling a semi-automatic workstation. With the ctrlX CORE he wants to control multiple of those workstations, therefor having to run multiple instances of his program/app.

Snaps itself are especially designed to run only once on a system.

What you can do is to insert several apps/ run commands in one snapp to start different runtimes with the same executable used. See Snapcraft IO.
