I use indraworks engineering 13.16.627.0, when I try to install NetSupport Manager (The tool for I-Remote) I get this message: “This app can’t run because it causes performance issues on Windows. A new version may be available. Check with you software provider for an updated version that runs on this version of windows”
This is the software right out of the i-remote folder once indraworks has been installed.
What do I need to do to make i-remote work?

... I-Remote is based on “Net Support Manager” software version 9 (NSM V9). This version was compatible with Windows XP. If you want to use Net Support Manager on Windows 7, 10 or 11 you need a newer NSM version and a new license.
What does the customer need to do?
He needs to buy a new NSM version on the market. We do not deliver NSM software and licenses newer than V09.
