S20-PWM-4-T Configuration

Hi All.  I have purchased a S20-EIP-BK (Ethernet IP coupler) and an S20-PWM-4-T.  I intend to connect this system to an Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLC as a slave ethernet device.  I've established the connection between the PLC and the S20-EIP-BK successfully.  I've disabled plug and play mode.  My issue is that I cannot get the PWM module to output into a coil. 

I understand the PWM module needs to be configured and this is where i require help.  I tried using the Pheonix Contact program Startup+ but unfortnately the S20-PWM-4-T is not  part of their library. 

I've successfully uploaded the config.svc file using windows explorer as shown in another article on this forum.  I've modified the file according to the PWM Application Manual and downloaded, cycled power but the unit returns an error.  The only way to get rid of the error is to download the original config.svc file.

I feel if i can configure the PWM module, the system should work OK.  Can anyone help with this issue.

As S20 is not part of the ctrlX IO portfolio I moved the topic to the corresponding sub forum IndraWorks, IndraControl for MLC/MTX, IndraDrive.

Hello Danny1,
The S20-PWM-4-T is special and isn't supported by the S20-EIP-BK. When you need a PWM, please take a look to the S20-PWM-2/2.
Supported with XMxx local, S20-S3-BK+ or S20-PN-BK+ only.
