Hi Team,

I require support regarding Rexroth Mi motors KSM where i m getting Bus failure in this total 21 motors are connected similarly and connected to Beckhoff PLC through SERCOS.

So SERCOS communciation error occures intermittently. On the KSM motor Red LED lits ON continuously.

When we trun off and ON then motor works and after few days then again communication error occurs.

We checked Earthing and other connections but still problem occurs.

SERCOS communication breaks and Phase-0 to 4 in Beckhoff shows (---) no any phase

SO requrie support on this.

Please check the diagnostic traces of the relevant axes showing the problem. One possible root cause coud be that the cyclic sercos communication is jittering in cycle time. In Beckhoff control there is a special diagnostic menue available which shows the jittering.

Alternatively or additionally send the drive parameter file of an affected axis (in format "all parameters")!

Attached are the photos from beckhoff FC card configuration. JT1,JT2 is not used. So where i can see the Jitters in Beckhoff.

in Realtime settings Latency is avaiable but it is 3 microsec.

So i can see Jitters in Beckhoff and How can i set it. Whether it is Rexroth Motor issue or in Beckhoff configuration need to modify.

To get details for the Jitter on Beckhoff side, please address to Beckhoff!

The drive parameter file unfortunately shows no valid entries:

Presumably you didn´t save the parameters, as told, using format "all parameter". Either send this or a screen shot of the diagnsotics logbook!
