I am not sure if I am in the correct place for this. I need some help with the rexroth registration controller on an xm2 mlc. I have a feed roller and a rotary blade. The system needs to cut sheets to an exact length according to the registration marks.
I am just battling to understand the setup and use of the function blocks. For example, I have to use the expectation window to filter the registration marks I need to look at. But when I phase shift the blade or the feed roller the expectation window shifts as well. This is driving me insane.
Can anyone point me to any documentation that could possibly explain this better or maybe even a sample project to works from?
