MLC14 - Offline Read axis parameters

With Indraworks 14v22, we've a customer who has an error when reading offline axis parameters on 3 axis out of 30, 

when the customer is online there in no problem, 

the application is XM42 + Indradirve Mi Axis,

do you know from where it from ?

Hello, 

for info, we decided to delete completely the axes  where we had the issue in the project, and recreate them, and it seems that we don't have the issue anymore, 

if you create the ticket, I can provide you the project in order to reproduce it.
