EAL Oscilloscope running for a while, the connection is stoped and ping execution is failed

I am developing a software tool using EAL Oscilloscope trending  function, and successfully get the trending data with a HMC divice.

but after some time, the connection will be disconnected automatically, and the re-connect function is failed with the message "ping execution is failed"

If I close and restart the software, everything will be OK again.

could you solve your issue?

Is trending with Indraworks working without any issues?

For me it looks like your application is blocking the socket/connection and this is why you can not reconnect.

You can try to connect via Indraworks to verify if the connection is blocked. If so I would try to do a disconnect before trying to reconnect.
