How can I integrate a picture/photo in a private message?

Hello,

I tried to integrate a photo/picture in a private message. The first steps worked fine. During editing the picture was visible. When I clicked on "Preview" it was not visible. When I sent the message, then I got an information, that it was deleted. ("... HTML... error" - or something like that 😉

Do I have to use a special format or a special maximum size?

Where could I find information about this topic?

Hello MichaelB, the supported image types are JPEG, PNG and GIF. Maximum image size 50 MB. When you uploaded the picture, did you use the editor function or the direct drop in? Does the problem still exist?

I used the editor function (choose file) and not the drop in function. I sent you an PN with picture and this time it worked.
