Issue: 
When A project has been saved with the Static Analysis add-on used and the Static Analysis add-on is no longer present the file can no longer be built. It still tries to perform the analysis but fails due to the add-on not being present. Since the add-on is not present it can not be turned off. Performing a clean-all will not resolve the issue. Extracting an archive will also not work.

So, we try to understand the procedure correctly:
If a project was saved with a set of Static Analysis rules and the project is then opened in another Codesys Engineering IDE without this Static Analysis add-on (or the license for it) you get a build error.

If so, this is not understandable or to be reproduced in a default environment - the SA rules/settings are not saved in the project, only those that are already available in the Static Analysis Light version will be shown in such a case. This should not cause any problems.

Please share your project and describe the specific error you see and the exact steps you took to reproduce the problem.
Which SA version are you using?
Which IDE version are you using for your test?
