Codesys Profinet Adapter License not being recognized

Hi Guys,

Can you help me understand whats going on with this ctrlX Core?

Even though the license Profinet Adapter License (Codesys one) is installed on the controller, the system does not recognize it and sends fault messages to the user.

Originally this ctrlX came loaded with the 1.12 system, we updated via SD Card to the latest version 1.20 and the fault remains

The only way to make the Profinet network work was with the 10-day Temporary License enabled.

Is there anything else we can do?

I had a look through logbook attached to your system report, but wasn't able to find the error message due to the missing license. Can you share the error message?

By the way, you got the CODESYS PROFINET Controller License in the screenshot you shared. Do you want to use the CODESYS PROFINET Controller or Device?

Hi @nickH,

Our Customer is using CodeSys Controller to communicate with a Laser Device. It´s working by now.

Unfortunately he couldn´t deactivate 10Hours License to test and capture Error messages, due to their advanced stage in project. 

I will wait for some days for it until end this topic.
