I want to know as a Customer Where I can get the newest ctrlX CORE (system apps + functional apps (including motion app) App?

the apps are available at the collaboration room. At the same area where you downloaded the ctrlX WORKS V1.14.

If you have the ctrlX WORKS from any application / sales representive of BoschRexroth please contact this person for access.
