Hello all, When a screen layout is generated with WebIQ, for example, a URL is created with a secure adres. This is a secure URL. The server on the ctrlX Core displays the site, which is opened with an external web browser (panel). The customer's screen (in this case an Eton panel) usually requires a security certificate. This gives an annoying message at startup: Message: NET :: ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID. Now it is the case (and we are already a bit used to it) that both the UI of the ctrlX Core and the screen generated by Web-IQ are opened with this message. You don't want this with an end user. What needs to be done to stop getting this message. How and where to create this security certificate. Where should it be installed.

Hello Uwe, In addition from this topic. A function as 'Axis error correction' in the SRV → Functional package "Servo function" in the Indradrive. For the ctrlX drive: will that be a Runtime-option, or must the Core do the job? And if the Core has to do the job, will that work if I use a thirth party EtherCat Master ( Beckhoff Operating modus: Cyclic Position Control) Regards Johs Heijmink

If I use a third party motor and have to use the XG21 ( Second encoder interface) for this motor , but I also need a encoderinterface for an external measure-system. What will then be the solution? Hello, I was upgrading my ctrlX from RM20.11 to RM21.03. I followed the ' RM 21.03 – Important update information ' carefully. Every step in the document was succesfully. But after step 9, I become a problem. Step 9: 9. Update "Solutions XCR-V-0108.1.app" system app After that, the ctrlX core was booting up automaticly. Then the blue light stays flashing. The ctrlX is pingable, and I see the core in the ctrlX Works. But double-clicking the core I get the message is in the attach. Waiting for hours has no result, also newstart has no effect. How can I solve this problem? ( note: I have also post this topic on the crtlX Works pool )
