Hello Uwe In my project,we have 12 ctrlXdrive.The all 12 ctrlXdrive appeared F2021 in alternating. Now we exchanged a new ctrlXdrive and now fw is "FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0308N-NN.03",but the error F2021 appeared again in the new ctrlXdrive. We have checked encoder line short circurt,checked encoder line shield,checked motor power line PE sysytem and shield,checked device PE system,but we not found there are exist abnormal issues. Is there any others advices,Thanks.
