Hello, I am trying to command a ctrlX Drive throught CoE and with FSoE with a ctrlX Core X7 V2.6 and I have also plugged a SAFEXC15 as a FSoE Master, I have configured the drive in modulo but the problem is that if try to switch to "Running" the system does not allow me and two errors appears, I do not know how to create this "axisprofile" task and I have configured the axis in this way, What should I do? Thank you,

Hello Brant, Yes I could, you need to take into consideration that the MC_Power in the ctrlX PLC Engineering with Softmotion and CoE does not work in a standard way. Hello, I have found a solution and I have tested and it works quite ok although the mapping of the child nodes are not easy to structure, It is just to download the IO configuration without the Safety profile, then in the PLC Eng import the drive and add the Softmotion axis, then add the Profile in the ctrlX IO Software and download again and finally import it again in the PLC Engineering, I have also added a video, Regards, Eric.

Hello, I have found a way of adding a Softmotion axis with our PLC Engineering and CoE, it is a bit tricky but it works, You just need to erase the "Cyclic Sync Position Mode" in the ctlX IO Engineering Software and then configure all the mapping and startup parameters by your own, I attach a small video, Hope it helps, Eric.

Hello, We have carried out a project with a ctrlX Core X3 with Webvisu and PLC and two WR21 RC7, In normal conditions the project is working but from time to time (sometimes it is after 4 hours / 8 hours or even a day) we cannot execute commands anymore, we can change between screens and log in and so on but the standard buttons as the Auto / Manual mode are not working anymore and the only way of solving this is to switch off/on the screen or unplugging and plugging again the ethernet cable, I have checked the tasks and at some point the Visu_task exceeds the configured 200 ms task time. I do not know if this could be the root cause, Does someone experienced this before? Thank you,
