Hello, we've a customer who has some ctrlx Drives under a SIEMENS PLC on Profinet, they noticed they loose communication up to 2 times per day. when they have the communication interruption, the drive appear in "Rescue System" mode, with the default IP adress : 192.168.0.1, which create Duplicte IP Address in the network.). do you any idea about that ? attached the par file of 2 drives (1 with OP810 with issue and another OP741 without any problem). thanks.

Hello, with Core X3 Plus, A customer connected the Profinet Device and Engineering in the same Network, (central switch, Same Network Mask..etc). the goal is to connect the PC to the switch to get access to SIEMENS PLC and ctrlx Core Controller, the issue we have, is that the customer has a randomly Profinet network breakdown (on all the devices connected to that switch)!. Without ctrlx Core engineering connected, we have no issue, . what do you think about this topology ? what is the best way to realize it ? Thanks.

Hello, TTL Support is still planned for the end 2023 ? for which firmware version ? if the the customer has already the ctrlx Drive with EC option, only a firmware update could allow him to get TTL support ? Thanks.

Hello, We solved the issue on one core, we tried to duplicate the systeme by a backup restore procedure, and we're getting the same problem where the app motion hangs in configuration, we tried to reset scheduler and recreate the Ethercat app configuration and we're getting the same error. attached the system report.
