Hello unfortunately this function block (IL_UdpKeys) is missing in the ctrlX library. We check at the moment how to solve this problem. I will inform you, when we have a solution/workaround. Peter

Update: If you use a small HMI device (e.g. VH2110/VR21xx) and a ctrlx with Software 2.x you have to switch off all security mechanism and all user token with security mechanism within ctrlx. The configuration should look like this: Peter

Hello ericvergara I have a really old WR2107 and up to now i had no problem with updating the panel. As CodeSheperd told before, you have to wait some time. The system had to copy a big file (>500MB) to the internal flash. I assume that you put this file into the special folder (ota_package) and i assume there is no other zip file in this folder. so give the system more time to copy the file

Hello, The parameters on the WinStudio side seems to be ok. It is a good idea just to trace one of the driver sheets. You can use therefore an Integer tag for Status and a string Tag for the message. Every value (status tag) not equal 1 is an error message. in addition to that you should trace the communication with remote Logwin. Peter
