Could you please also add the log files of the online help? Standard path is "C:\Program Files\Rexroth ctrlX Offline Help\logs", just completely zip it and add to this post or send me a private message.

So this is heavily indicating that browser cache is the problem, as sometimes there are artifacts from one ctrlX OS web UI version stored, that will not work in another version. So please try clearing the cache if such behaviour occur.

As it is working fine on our PCs, which browser and which version of it is used?

Did you already try to empty the browser cache (ctrl+shift+delete), as this could cause such problems?
