Hello @LunatiX, EDITED: I was having an error with OSCAT library. After installation, firstly, it didn't show up on Miscellaneous, it showed up on Application>Utils>BASIC. Secondly, even if I add it, project still gave error about not recognizing "identifier BASIC".  I'm using CtrlX Works 1.20.11.  I've just found the problem, when you add the library, its namespace is not BASIC, its BASIC_OSCAT. You just need to change this to BASIC, and it'll work. I don't know why you didn't get this issue but this may be useful for other people so I wanted to share.  Thank you for the guide. ... @satishmalge58 thank you for documents. But they don't explain firmware update or similar process. @CodeShepherd that link is for hardware reset so I didn't think it's same as update, so thank you. But still, it doesn't explain which version could I use for my drive. Because as I understand now, not all versions works with all firmwares. And also, not all firmwares are compatible with all devices. I might be wrong because I tried to read different topics in forum and there were many and possibly outdated information. In my opinion, that's why, atleast for new users, a guide would be beneficial.  Serial number is 7260425354798 and for firmware, what I got from panel is FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0308N-NN.03. Hello, no we couldn't. In summary, we tried with 2 different PC's and 3 different brand barcode scanners, but didn't work. We solved the issue with using a PC to send barcodes to PLC. I'll try it with 2.6 version in next weeks. ... View more
