Hi In my project ,there have 12 Axis.CtrlXCore with CtrlXDrive we through EtherCAT Communication,and CtrlX PLC with Siemens PLC we use TCPIP Communication. Others please see the picture.Thanks.

Hello CtrlX Team I have a question,In my project I encouter ctrlx drive error F7020 When machine running. I have checked P-0-3270.0.2 and there is no problem. I also checked velocity command value it's also ok. So I feel confused,does anybody know how to solved this error? Thanks.

Hello CtrlXDrive Team I have a project used ctrlxcore and ctrlxdrive,we also used TCPIP communication,when we try to connnection drive ,it will disconnect by automatic,and it's also connection very slowly and slowly? I want to know what is the reason? Please see the picture?

Hello 1、Is there possible to forbid others to see the application code,If Some Guys wants to see the application code there need to enter password? 2、What does that mean:'In current versions of the firmware and ctrlX SAFETY Engineering, the µSD-Card is not supported yet.' .We can't stored safety configuration/application as a file to it's safety µSD-card through safety engineering directly? .If safety µSD-card inclould safety configuration/application,when the safety controller running,it will read µSD-card configuration/application by automatic?
