Hello everyone, I want to use MB_WriteParameter from PLCOpen library, but I can't find those function block in ctrlX PLC App. I have got the 1.18 version of PLC App, the CXA_PLCOpen library is installed but there are no function block which I am looking for. Are they implemented in ctrlX Core? Do I need to download the MX_PLCOpen library as it was in IndraWorks and upload it to ctrlX PLC App? I want to change some parameters in the IndraDrive HCS01 via ctrlX Core PLC. Best regards, Filip

I have got the solution for this problem. With help of Mr. Dirk from the support from Bosch Rexroth DE we managed to resolve the problem. The reason for this error in my case was the bad version of .XML file that I uploaded to the Device Database in CtrlX IO Engineering. The version of this "BoschRexroth_ctrlX_SAFETY_SAFEX_C12_C15_ECAT.XML" need to be compatibile with the SafeX Firmware version. In my case the SafeX firmware version was: So I have downloaded and installed the corresponding .XML file: Before I used the newest V1.0.1.21 version so that was not compatilible and that's why the problem occured. After installation I scanned for devices, added the SafeX C.12 and then everything was OK. Both devices are now in the OP state and everything looks good. Hello everyone, I have got problem with connection of the ctrlX SafeX C.12 to the CtrlX Core. I saw two posts LINK1 and LINK2 but I still can't get rid of my problem. I have got the ctrlX IO Engineering WRK-V-0116 and ctrlX SAFETY Engineering 1.7.1.8233 versions. I have also uploaded the SafeX .XML file to the ctrlX IO (2022-09-01 version). I tried to add SafeX C.12 both ways: 1. by scanning for the devices 2. by adding the device from offline database Then, in both situations I uploaded the configuration to the CtrlX Core and then the problem occurs. There is an error "0x001E: Invalid Input Configuration". Slave can't go in to OP mode. Is there any solution for this problem? Thank you in advance for your help. Best wishes, Filip

The customer changed back the firmware to FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0308N-NN.00 version and now everything is working properly, so the problem is solved for now. I have got the test-stand with Siemens and ctrlX Drive and when I will have some time I will test the newer firmwares by myself and I will let you know if the problem is still present or not. Or maybe can you confirm that the FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0312N-NN.00 firmware version should work with Profinet without any problems?

Hello everybody, Our customer has got a problem with controlling the ctrlX Drive XCS via Profinet. The connection is established, everything is green in TIA Portal, everything looks good there and in IW DS15: He has got the FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0308N-NN.02 firmware now. There is some problem with communication - the values from the TIA are not coming to the ctrlX Drive and vice-versa. We have done few things: - reseting parameters, - going to Sercos > reseting params > going to Profinet > reseting params - trying Sercos Profile > Analog > Sercos Profile in Application Profile. There is an error like this: C0100 - Check for transition to Safe-Operational and it is still present, it can't be cleared. The invalid parameters looks like this. We were clicking "Set data status valid". The customer said that before updating the firmware the exchange of values was working. Before 0308N-NN.02 he has got the 0308N-NN.00 or 0308N-NN.01 firmware. Has got anyone an idea what could be wrong? Thank you in advance for your help. The parameters are attached.
