We found a license bug in ctrlX V1.12.7 (RM21.11.6) - When the "temporary usage rights" are active, the WebIQ (an maybe other licences are not valid anymore). - This option is available on Settings>Licenses>Gear icon in the upper right corner. . - The only way to disable this "temporary usage rights". Reset the ctrlX with a image update.

SMART HMI hat mir heute folgendes geantwortet: "Der beschriebene Fehler ist mit WebIQ 2.11.1 bereits behoben. Wir hoffen, WebIQ 2.11 in Kürze für ctrlX zur Verfügung stellen zu können - dann tritt das Problem bei Ihnen auch nicht mehr auf."

After reinstalling webiq runtime app I started WebIQ designer from my local stored designer, see: But it seems to be that I have to start-up my designer throught de CORE with the following command to makeuse of the license, see:
