When will the online help for System faults be available? Why does it search online?
I generated these warnings and faults on my controller:
When I click on the blue hyperlinks under the Code column, it takes me to an external webpage. For every fault that I have clicked I get this message: "No topic found"
Perhaps I am unlucky and only get undocumented faults, but when will total documentation be available?
Also, why is the solution online only? What if my PC does not happen to have an internet connection, as is sometimes the case in a plant where internet access is not allowed or multiple network connections are not permitted? Will there be a solution to store fault data and help files locally on a user PC and have the web-interface default to looking for these files first? What are our solutions for these situations?
