Visualization Missing in latest PLC1.16

I created a new project and was unable to add a WebVisu visualization in PLC1.16. Is there an updated method for adding a visualization in 1.16?

I also opened a project that I developed in 1.14 and had many missing items including the trace and recipe manager.
