Could not start my App-build environment

I first had a problem with connectng app build environment to VSCode but now when I start my build environment, I would not boot.

Does any one know solution about this?

I have tried and uninstall and install of ctrlX works but it did not help.

Could you give us some more information what exactly happens?

So it was running before and what was done before it did not any longer?
