You will find it in the TO Option  documentation follow: Application manual R911383774 

Basically it depends on the dynamization source.
The answer above is meant for the ctrX DRIVE TO Option card dynamization source as shown in the picture.

Used external dynamization sources, the amount is dependent of several factors lik:

• Output voltage and possible max. current of the dynamization source,
• allowed max. load capacitance of the dynamization source
• capacitance and resistance of the cable,
• TO input capacitance and resistance
