Where to download ctrlX WORKS version 2.3

I would like to import a flatbuffers file into the PLC. According to this readme:

I should use ctrlX WORKS / PLC Engineering version >= 2.3.0
Where can I download this version?
Currently I'm only able to find version 1.20 which doesn't enable the "Import from flatbuffers file" option as described here:

ctrlX WORKS and so ctrlX PLC Engineering in version 2.03 are not and will not be released for customers. The next version that will come up next week is 2.04 and can be found in the early adopter download area in our collaboration room. Please see "FAQ for ctrlX Store" how to get access. Please refer to this version to test the feature.
