Online Change Failure

Online change fails with the following error. After this download is required.

Performing an online change is only possible, when no IEC task is running currently. The system tries up to 10seconds to detect a time gap to activate the online change. From my point of view it seems that the system load is nearly 100% on core2. You can test this, if you set your apllication to stop and do the online change. But it is recommended to reduce the load on core 2.

Here is a video showing it alongside the CPU from the core. Maybe there is a better way to know the core load? This happens after some number (maybe 20+) of online changes and will continue even after a clean all until the core is restarted.

I continue to see this hourly. Is there a better way to get the data required to show that this is happening?I have to restart my machine at least once an hour while developing.

Here is another data point. I started stopping the controller to do online changes to see if it was related to the processor being overloaded. It still occurs. Are you saying this is a problem with the motion kernel? I only have 4 axes and a kinematic configured.

Update:

at this screen we see only the NRT-Cores and not the RT-Cores. And the PLC is running at an RT-Core ->  so no big info regarding this problem. Sorry for this.

Only for confirmation can you please check the taskmonitor at the PLC engineering.

no idea why you get this message. The core performance seems to be quite ok.

I'm afraid I have to try to reproduce this issue at my side. Please can you provide me an archive of your project + a save of your app-data. Depending on the size you can sent it per email / ad hoc...
