I want to use the FB "IL_TCPConnectionAsync" and I can't find the lib where the data type "RTS_IEC_HANDLE" is included.

Do you know where to find it?

Have a look the library CXA_SocketComm in the library Manager. This tells you which libraries are used there.
One of the used libraries must contain the types. It is SysTypes
