091F0054/0C560227 when moving from 2.4 to 2.6

When switching from VRS2.4 to VRS2.6 my axes giving the titled error everytime on startup/change from configuation to running. The error can afterward be cleared. What can cause this and what is the remedy?

To fix this we removed the profile from the axis and then re-added it. That solved it.
