We want to connect the external monitor to ctrlX as the same as PR21 to show the dash board after all of setting finished. How to do it?

Since ctrlX OS is providing a web server, any networked device should be able to display web pages from the ctrlX device. 

Could you please explain a little more what you are trying to do?

If it is just accessing the ctrlX OS web interface, you can simply enter the ip address of the ctrlX device into a browser on the external device. You can try this on your smartphone after placing the ctrlX device on a wifi network and connecting your smartphone to the same network.

Thank you for your advice.

We will make the dash board by NodRED in ctrlX, and we want to see this dash board on the external monitor which is connected to ctrlX by wired (USB?). Do we need somthing to set up? Please advice.

Hello,

There is currently no way to do what you're asking for. you need a tablet or a web HMI (we have also) to display a dashboard.
Probably there will be the possibility (still on decision) with the x5 or x7 to display a web browser trough the displayport. 
Still on mybe anyway, youi have no choiche than use a webHMI
