Switch Node on Node-RED doesn't has add rule button

Hallo, my customer has been complain about their ctrlX Node-RED 'switch node' does not has an add rule button. How can I help them to get the add rule button, my colleague alredy asked about the consent on node-red community. Hopefully I can get the solution at here asap. Here I share the picture for a reference:

Explain me what you want to do, Are you referring to a command which is a switch or the switch command?
Which kind of rule?

I just tested the switch node on my ctrlX CORE and I can add new rules. See my screenshot:

Is that what you are missing?

Yes, the '+' button is what I'm missing
