Does you did an update or a fresh new installation?
Does you tried a repair installation already?
Can you please provide installation log files "C:\ProgramData\Rexroth\PackageManager\Logs\*.*"
Repair installation did not work, but a complete uninstallation and reinstallation fixed the problem.
