I installed Offline help version 2.2.2.
But when is start the Offline help directly I only get a empty page.
When I activate it in drive engineering, see below.
When I press the question mark I get the message below.
This happend, I think, after my computer was updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Before that it worked!

Did you already try a repair or new installation of the engineering tools and help files?

At first I repaired the files an then I removed the helpfiles, then I restarted my computer.
Then I installed the helpfiles again with the same result:(

Hello,
I use Google chrome (Version 131.0.6778.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)), and I tried it with: ctrlX_Offline_Help_1.16.0 and ctrlX_Offline_Help_2.2.2. they both doe the same.
And it is also not working on my training laptops!

Could you please also add the log files of the online help? Standard path is "C:\Program Files\Rexroth ctrlX Offline Help\logs", just completely zip it and add to this post or send me a private message.
