Does the ctrlx drive can handle the ML3 linearmotors? If yes, which cables are good?

Yes, linear motors ML3 can be controlled by ctrlX DRIVE. Be aware that the encoder (linear scale or similar) matches the possibilities given at the "EC" encoder interface. A good choice would be to use Bosch Rexroth absolute integrated measuring system IMS-A with combined 1Vpp + Hiperface signals, where the linear scale is right built into the carriage guides.

Ready-made cables are not possible to order, yet. But simply use the ready-made cables for IndraDrive Cs and just exchange the connectors on the drive side.

Ready-made cables RLC2 and extension cables are available for connecting ML3 and ctrlX DRIVE. Necessary cross-sections might depend on mounting situation, see manual for details on this.
