F8022 after update to AXS-V-0314 and ctrlX DRIVEplus w/CORE to 1.18

Hello!  We updated a ctrlx drive plus with core to the RM2211, with all the apps. And than we realised that the drive fwa also has to be updated. We also done it, but now we have an error wich came after a few minutes F8022 (encoder 1: encoder signals incorrect). We changed motor and cable the issue stays at the drive. How to solve the problem, make a factory reset on the core?

Please provide parameter file of drive in format "all parameters". Presumably we have got problems with the EMC or grounding conditions. But we have to check the serial numbers of both drive and motor (which will be included in the parameter file).
