F4002 error with ctrlx Drive and Twincat

Hello,

we are getting often a communication error F4002 with ctrlx Drive controlled in Ethercat SoE by a Beckhoff Twincat 3.

we have ctrlx and Indradrive (Indradrive Mi) in the installation and the error appears only on ctrlx

do you have any idea how to set up correctly the drive or Master to not get this error ?

Hello, 

we've a Twincat Controlling an XCS used a power supply (no motor) of 8 Indradrive Mis.

parameter files attached, 

we noticed that only XCS is indicating F4002 or E2092 Errors, we checked that SYNC Shift time is configured at 30% (following one of your previous post), but we still getting the error.
