The PC is directly connected to X3plus and cannot be searched. If it passes through a switch, it can be searched.
I don't know what caused this. Can someone help me?

Use a proper cable! Probably you are using a twisted one or so. With the "green" ones happens often. Simply the switch is able to set it correctly.
I am using a green cable and will replace it with another cable for testing tomorrow. I will share any new information with you.

Poooom i got it 😏. I've lost 4hr with a customer once.
I replaced the network cable and found it normally.
