Unable to app PLC or IO App via ctrlX CORE WebUI

Hello All, 

I am trying to open ctrlX PLC app via ctrlX CORE WebUI but after installation of work worsion 1.20.5, i am unable to open it. i tried with both virtual and real Environment.

What does happen? Are there Processes added to the Windows task manager? Could you install the latest ctrlX WORKS version 1.20.10 and check if error is still there?

upon click on button in opop up window i am not able to open the App. i checked inTas Manager there is nothing when i click in PLC App in WebUI. this issue arries after installing ctrlX WORKS version 1.20.10 then i back to the ctrlX WORKS version 1.20.5.

Could you create a small video when starting and checking, as we cannot reproduce such behavior.
