I get this error after updating my CtrlX Drive Plus from 1.12 to 1.16
I have logged into the license server and created new license keys but they don't fix the problem.
At first I tried to go from 1.12 to 1.16 by updating individual Core Apps. Now I have re-flashed the Core with a memory stick to 1.16
I have upgraded a lot of X3 controllers before without any issues.
Amy idea how to fix this error?
Maybe I am not generating the license file correctly. I log in to my Key User account, then navigate to the device. Click on "Generate Capabililty Response". Then do a View->Download Response to get the file.
Is that correct?

EDIT: The error code indicates that your license file is "out of order" so could you please check system time of the ctrlX CORE the license should be added to? As these files have a starting date there could be a problem.
The easiest way of getting your license file is click on "Action -> Download Capability response". Download will start right away.

Which "system time" do you mean? Why is that relevant to license files?

I mean the system time of the ctrlX CORE the license should be added to. As these files have a starting date there could be a problem.
Did you try with the my method mentioned above?

I think that setting the Core system time to my PC time fixed the fault message when loading the license file.
I don't have access to the customer account, only the Key User account. So the workflow is a little different. I was able to check my workflow with the licensing coordinator and I think it is ok.
