Error "Full disk encryption inactive"

I have this strange error on a CtrlX core that was just reimaged in 2.6. The core is an X7, and was prior in 1.20.

The core seems to be running, it just has a blinking yellow light due to this pending error. The diagnostic page is pretty empty, so that doesn't help. Searching the message itself didn't seem to find anything helpful on the forum. Does anyone know how to clear this warning message?

Did you probably do a app by app update, which is not supported, but instead an complete image update? See official online release notes for further information.

The update was carried out with an image. I used the 2.6.3 image for my x7. I used a usb flashdrive. I'll try imaging it again, maybe something messed up the last time.
