The customer has installed the 1.14 app on a Core with 1.16 software and the licensing screen indicates that it is not installed, having access to the VPN in the settings menu. Any idea why this is happening?
This is because the WebUI checks the licenses from 1.16 on via an interface of the apps itself. The 1.14 app does not have this interface so this faulty status is shown. This will have no influence to the function.
The customer is presented with this screen (attached image) when setting up the VPN. He has to send the machine before the end of the year. Any idea how to solve it? Will version 1.16 be available for use? Thanks
