3d Viewer

Hello I can not load a maschine model in the 3d viewer. I did not had a xml file. Why we need it?

Have you some guidlines.... How to do !?

Moved to forum ctrlX CORE.

The XML file describes to the 3d-viewer how the mechanics are linked to each other and to values in out data layer. So it is an essential part for showing machine movements.

Hello. Like CodeShepherd described, the XML file contains the definition of the kinematics behavior and the connected geometries (only STL files). For generating such XML structures we offer an engineering tool, the Virtual Machine Builder. As an alternative we offer to our customers to generate models as a paid service.
