WebIQ ctrlx Core app version2.15.7 incompatibilty with 2.15.9 version

Hello,

We have an application that was developped outside the ctrlX system with WebIQ 2.15.9 and now we have a ctrlX Core for which we want to re-use the code and run the Smart HMI runtime App inside the core. The version of this app is 2.15.7. and is not compatible.

Do you have a solution for this problem?

This is not a bug. Either wait until WebIQ 2.15.9 has been released for ctrlX (is in testing by Bosch Rexroth currently) or recreate your HMI with WebIQ 2.15.7. There is no other way as the versions always need to match as WebIQ is a networked system where most functionalities have been built into the server (because a webbrowser cannot do that) so the HMI code in the browser might require certain code in the server that is not available with an earlier version. That's why they always need to match.

Before Bosch Rexroth approves a new release of a partner app, it is checked whether the new release is approved at all. The subsequent test and release process also takes some time. (2-3 weeks)
